❗️ This guide covers Hubspot workflows, not Synthflow workflows. It assumes you have already setup a Phone Call action inside of Hubspot as per Make an outbound call from Hubspot.
Step-by-Step Workflow
- Navigate to a HubSpot Workflow
- Find or Add a Branch
- Click the plus button to add an Action
- Click "Create and update CRM records and property values"
- Click "Edit any property of a CRM record"
- Click "Contact (Current object)"
- Click "Call"
- Click the "Property to set" dropdown
- Click "The outcome of the call"
- Click "Enter the new value to set to this property"
- Click the corresponding outcome for the branch, in this example, "Connected"
