Updating the contact in HubSpot with the Call Outcome

❗️ This guide covers Hubspot workflows, not Synthflow workflows. It assumes you have already setup a Phone Call action inside of Hubspot as per Make an outbound call from Hubspot.

 


Step-by-Step Workflow

  1. Navigate to a HubSpot Workflow
  2. Find or Add a Branch
    Find or Add Branch
  3. Click the plus button to add an Action

  4. Click "Create and update CRM records and property values"

  5. Click "Edit any property of a CRM record"

  6. Click "Contact (Current object)"

  7. Click "Call"

  8. Click the "Property to set" dropdown

  9. Click "The outcome of the call"

  10. Click "Enter the new value to set to this property"

  11. Click the corresponding outcome for the branch, in this example, "Connected"
