When you contact Synthflow support, you may be asked to provide the ID for your workspace, the assistant that you need help with, and any calls that we need to investigate. This guide shows you how to find each ID ready for your support request.
Workspace ID
To find your Workspace ID, navigate to your account settings, and visit the 'General' tab. Your workspace ID will then be displayed in the first field.
You can use the icon in the right-hand side of the field to quickly copy the Workspace ID
Assistant ID
ℹ️ Assistant, Agent & Model are interchangeable words to describe the assistant ID
To find your Assistant ID, navigate to Assistants and open the Assistant you'd like support with. The ID is displayed beneath the Assistant name and icon on the left-hand side:
Click the icon displayed on the right-hand side of the ID to copy it.
Call ID
To find the ID for a specific call, navigate to the 'Calls' tab when viewing your assistant. Click the call in question from the call logs, and the ID will be displayed in the panel that opens on the right-hand side of the screen:
